If you are looking for examples of poor customer service it won't take long to find several stories on the web.  What our clients, prospects and visitors asked for were examples of excellent customer service.  Since our business is focused on customer service, satisfaction and loyalty it seems to be at the top of my mind as a consumer.  I go into a purchase with a possitive attitude.  My expectations are high, yet reasonable.   For those that know me, when I have a great experience or find a new product or service I shout it from the mountain tops.  I want to tell everyone!   This blog gave me that outlet.  It doesn't just have to be my outlet though.  It can be yours too.  If you have a positive experience you would like to share, whether you are the customer or the business, you can post on the blog or you can send a direct email to my attention at tschepps@rrc.us.com and I'll share with the world!
